Provision of information:
APs and third-party agents must firstly provide a provision of information, such as telling the customer their name, the name and address of the accredited provider they represent and a full explanation about the purpose of the call or visit.
Adhere to knock and call times:
- Contact between 9am – 6pm on weekdays (8pm for calls)
- Contact between 9am – 5pm on Saturdays
- Not allowed to make contact on Sundays or public holidays
