COVID-19 AND IT’S IMPACT ON DELIVERIES
A number of our courier partners are experiencing high demand, resulting in some longer than expected delivery times. Our distribution team is working hard to ensure that you receive your order when required or as close to that time as we can.
CONTACT-FREE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Our courier partners are now practicing a contact-free collection and delivery process, whereby all orders will be collected or delivered without the need of a signature. Drivers will instead request the customer’s name as proof of either collection or delivery. Furthermore, drivers are also adhering to social distancing measures at all times.
We work hard to ensure we quickly pack and dispatch your orders. We ship all orders from our 6 warehouses across Australia, so in most metro* areas you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order between 2-5 days after the time of dispatch. On occasions, the stock may be dispatched from an interstate warehouse, and may impact the delivery time of your order.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Where possible, orders placed before 10AM (AEST) are eligible for same day dispatch to the following metro* areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Adelaide.
If your order is placed between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, items will be picked up and delivered by Emerald Planet’s selected courier company. Estimated arrival is 1-5 business days to Perth, Darwin and areas outside of the metro* delivery zone.
KEEPING YOUR ITEMS SAFE
Your delivery’s safe arrival is important to us. Therefore, our couriers require a signature once goods have been received. If no one is available to sign for the order, a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery time and day. For orders quantities that require pallet delivery, please ensure your delivery location allow for truck access and a forklift is available for unloading the pallet(s) or resources are available to hand unload the delivery in less than 10-minutes.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
By ticking the box at the checkout page or requesting in writing to our customer support team, Emerald Planet’s selected courier will leave your delivery at an address in accordance with your instructions.
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia. However, there are a small number of remote locations that we are unable to service. Emerald Planet is unable to deliver to PO Box or Locker addresses.
