At Emerald Planet, our priority is always serving our customers and the communities we operate in. We seek to provide a safe environment for our customers and colleagues and in times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure we can provide access to the products people need, while doing everything we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy.

 

Firstly, we would like to reassure you that although we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers, Emerald Planet is still operating a ‘business as usual’ approach with some additional measures set in place to reduce risk levels. 

Extra Measures

> All Emerald Planet staff are work remotely from home. 

> Team members who are not feeling well are advised to stay at home and follow Government guidelines.

> Staff have postponed travel arrangements until a later stage.

> Customer contact is recommended via phone and email only.

Product Stock & Deliveries

Our focus is to keep customers informed and aware of current and future stock availability, and communicate any unforeseen delays that may impact product continuity or order deliveries. A number of our delivery partners are experiencing high demand, resulting in some longer than expected delivery times. Our distribution team is working hard to ensure that you receive your order when required or as close to that time as we can.
