 In the week ending Oct 28^th 2018, ESC creation was as follows:

• Weekly creation was 206,674 an increase of 817% compared to the previous week’s creation of 22,549
• The average for the last 3 weeks is 111,044 ESCs
• Commercial Lighting contributed 186,395 ESCs (90%) compared to 19,435 ESCs (86%) the previous week
• The ESC spot price was $19.20 COB Friday, down from $20.10 the previous Friday
• There were 15 Commercial Lighting ACPs who created this week, compared to previous 4 weeks where there were 4-6 ACPs
• This large creation is attributed to the Rule change on November 1^st, where the asset lifetimes are changing based on the type of building.  Any ESCs created from 1 November will be assessed under the new Rule
