• Metered Baseline project leads to high weekly creation, even though Commercial lighting slightly down.

In the week ending 19^th May 2019, ESC creation was as follows:

• Weekly creation was 119,791 ESCs up 60% compared to the previous week’s creation of 74,829 ESCs
• The average for the last 3 weeks is 77,369 ESCs
• Commercial Lighting contributed 45,160 ESCs (38%) compared to 59,596 ESCs (80%) the previous week
• HEER contributed 17,336 ESCs (14%) compared to 7,642 ESCs (10%) the previous week.
• The ESC spot price was $20.30 COB Friday, down $0.10 from the previous Friday.
